"Whoever you are on life's journey, you are welcome here."  These words of the United Church of Christ live at Zion United Church of Christ.  Welcome to our virtual home.  A friendly welcome awaits you at our church home located at the corner of Silver Spring Road and Cottington Road.

We are a church that is

Our worship services are at 10:30 AM.  We have an active education program for children, youth and adults.  Seasonal times of Advent, Christmas, Lent and Easter help us move more deeply into our spiritual journeys.

We continue to grow in Community as we serve others.  We are committed to being a servant church of our Servant Lord.

Clara Young

 

The Rev. Clara Young is serving as the Interim Pastor as the
church is engaged in the Search and Call process for their next
Permanent pastor.

Pastor Clara comes to Zion UCC after serving many years in
the church, first as a Director of Christian Education and then
as an Associate Pastor.  Her M.Div. Degree is out of Howard
School of Divinity in Washington, DC with the majority of her
classwork met in Pacific School of Religion, Berkeley, CA.
