Our Church Leadership

Zion United Church of Christ thrives because of the energy and style of the people who have stepped up to lead. Here are a few of the people that make our church community special:

 

Clara Young - Minister

The Rev. Clara Young is serving as the Interim Pastor as the
church is engaged in the Search and Call process for their next
Permanent pastor.

Pastor Clara comes to Zion UCC after serving many years in
the church, first as a Director of Christian Education and then
as an Associate Pastor.  Her M.Div. Degree is out of Howard
School of Divinity in Washington, DC with the majority of her
classwork met in Pacific School of Religion, Berkeley, CA.
